Jennifer L. Morando

Attorney at Law

Jennifer Morando is an attorney at Branson Law, PLLC, where her practice centers on complex financial litigation and business restructuring. She represents business owners, creditors, and commercial parties in high-stakes matters involving partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfers, and contested bankruptcy proceedings.

Drawing from extensive experience representing creditors, Jennifer brings unique insight to help businesses develop and execute effective recovery strategies. She excels at cases requiring rigorous financial analysis—whether dissecting partnership compensation structures, tracing assets in fraud cases, or navigating the intersection of business law and bankruptcy law.

Jennifer guides clients through Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings, out-of-court workouts, and strategic liquidations, as well as state and federal court litigation, adversary actions, and judgment enforcement. Known for her methodical approach, she believes effective advocacy begins with understanding the underlying financial story.

Jennifer is an active leader in the Central Florida legal community and serves on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Business Law Section, where she previously chaired the Bankruptcy/UCC Committee and Bankruptcy Judicial Liaison Committee. She is the current President of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers (CFAWL).

She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2008, where she received the Book Award in Legal Drafting, and her B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.

Jennifer has been repeatedly recognized for her professional excellence, including being named a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015–2022, and a Florida Super Lawyer from 2023–2025. She was also named an Awesome Attorney for Commercial & Civil Litigation by Orlando Family Magazine in 2021.
